How to Play — Prism Launcher & Pack
Step 1 — Install Prism Launcher
- Download Prism Launcher for Windows, macOS, or Linux.
- Open Prism once so it sets up its folders.
Prism can import Modrinth packs and will install the correct loader automatically.
Step 2 — Import the Modpack in Prism
- Download “Aaron Pack 3.0” (.mrpack)
- In Prism: Add Instance → Import from zip → select the
.mrpack. - Launch the new instance and join
minecraft.aaronperkel.com.
Includes: Fabric API, Sodium, Iris, Lithium, FerriteCore, EntityCulling, Continuity, Cloth Config, Mod Menu, MiniHUD + MaLiLib, Logical Zoom, Mouse Tweaks, ImmediatelyFast, Simple Voice Chat, ServerCore, and more.
Manual install (only if you aren’t using Prism)
- Install Fabric Loader for your game version and launch once.
- Put the recommended client mods into your
modsfolder (see pack for list).
Mods folder — Windows: %APPDATA%\.minecraft\mods • macOS:
~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods • Linux: ~/.minecraft/mods
Keybinds (included mods)
- C — Zoom (Logical Zoom)
- G — Toggle FreeCam (LegacyFreecam)
- B — Toggle FullBright (Dynamic Fullbright)
- O — Light overlay toggle (Lighty)
- V — Voice Chat settings
- M — Mute Voice Chat
- N — Silence Voice Chat
- U — Minimap Waypoints (Xaero)
- I — Add Waypoint
- . — Toggle Minimap
- Z — Enlarge Minimap
All keybinds are configurable in Options → Controls → Key Binds. If something conflicts, Prism will highlight it in red.
Performance tips
- Render distance 10–12 = nice balance.
- Start with Sodium defaults; add shaders with Iris if your GPU is comfy.
